RETURNS POLICY

This policy applies to all purchases made from rokidstore.com.au. This website operates as the official Rokid store in Australia.
This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service and any applicable product warranties.
2. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to:

2) compensation for any reduction in value

3. Change of Mind Returns

6. Return Shipping
1) If the product is faulty or not as described:→ we will cover return shipping costs
2) If the return is not due to a fault (where applicable by law):→ you may be responsible for return shipping costs
All returned items must:

2) include all original accessories
3) be sent with tracking
7. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow:
1) up to 10 business days for processing
2) additional time depending on your bank or payment provider
8. Repairs and Replacements
